What is Properly?
Properly is a quality management platform that helps short-term rental (STR) owners effortlessly implement, monitor, and maintain best hosting practices. Our suite of easy-to-use apps serves as both a powerful “portable property manager” for STR owners and a marketplace for service providers. We strive to empower owners to keep their properties safe and clean, so they can earn great reviews and avoid guest complaints. At Properly, we’re also committed to helping service providers grow their customer bases and build thriving small businesses of their own.
While Properly was founded in San Francisco, our SEM (software as a service-enabled marketplace) tools are now used by owners, property managers, and service providers worldwide. We’re proud to have the backing of world-class investors, including the Sequoia Scout Fund.
Our Team
Properly’s Global Team is comprised of intelligent, kind, talented people working remotely from Europe, the USA, India, the Philippines, and New Zealand. We aim to provide our team members with exciting opportunities to develop new skills, spearhead company-wide initiatives and innovations, and collaborate across departments (and continents!)
In late 2021, we officially opened an office in Bolzano, Italy. Successful candidates will be expected to either spend 2-3 days per week in our Bolzano office or regularly travel to the Bolzano office for meetings (pending COVID-related restrictions/guidelines, of course!)
