Properly is a revolutionary short-term rental property management service provider, and owner of a leading operations platform for vacation rental hosts. At Properly, our client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be comfortable working with spreadsheets and other organizational software. Experience in the vacation rental industry will help drive your application forward.

Job Description and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for this role has strong decision-making abilities and is able to effectively manage our new property services and achieve company objectives through the successful coordination of all team members.

You will provide leadership to the Listing Management team and ensure that the team is performing at optimal level at all times.

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients


  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • A strong understanding of key Vacation Rental technologies
  • Prior experience with Property Management Software
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with owners, service providers, and co-workers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language (Spanish or Portuguese) an advantage
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
